cancellation policy

Due to the limited and curated nature of our pieces, orders placed on our website are processed automatically and prepared for delivery shortly after confirmation. For this reason, orders cannot be canceled once the order confirmation email has been issued.
1. Order Cancellations
After the order confirmation is sent, we are unable to:
- Cancel the order
- Modify items, quantities, or variants
- Change the delivery address
- Change the payment method
Please review your cart, shipping details, and payment information carefully before completing your purchase.
2. Exceptional Cases
If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, you may contact us as soon as possible at info@shopcasaatelier.com. While we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations will be possible, we will review your request and inform you if the order has not yet entered processing.
3. Pre-Order Items
Pre-order pieces are produced in limited quantities and reserved specifically for you. As such, pre-order purchases are final and cannot be canceled once the order is confirmed.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
This Cancellation Policy does not limit your rights in the event that an item arrives damaged or defective. In such cases, our Return & Refund Policy will apply. You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery, following the instructions provided in that policy.
